By booking services with Alante Movers, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Scheduling

Move dates are secured only after receipt of the required deposit and confirmation from Alante Movers.

Arrival windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or previous jobs.

Fixed Quotes

Fixed quotes are based on:

  • Inventory provided
  • Access conditions
  • Distance
  • Estimated labor requirements

Changes to the job scope may result in additional charges.

Furniture Protection

Standard furniture protection includes moving blankets and stretch wrap for major furniture items.

Customers must notify us in advance of:

  • Specialty items
  • Oversized furniture
  • Safes
  • Pianos
  • Glass or marble items

Packing Requirements

Loose, fragile, glass, electronic, artwork, lamp, mirror, and dish items must be professionally packed or packed by the customer before moving day unless packing services are purchased.

Storage

If storage services are coordinated through a third party, Alante Movers is not responsible for conditions, damages, delays, or losses occurring at the storage facility.

Cancellations

Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made within 72 hours of the move date.

Payment Methods

We may accept:

  • Cash
  • Zelle
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Other approved methods

Card transactions may include a processing fee.

Claims

Any claims for loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alante Movers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
